Processing and Shipping Duration
Processing (handling) time for ready-to-ship wigs is 5 business days.
Processing update (handling) time for headband wigs, ankara bonnets, wig installation products, and accessories is 5 business days.
Shipping duration is an additional duration, usually 3 to 5 business days for local US deliveries. International deliveries will be through international couriers, within reasonable shipping durations. Shipping durations are not within our control.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. We cannot accept exchanges or returns.
Cancellation must be done within 24 hours of order placement. A full refund will be issued to your account and should post within a few business days. We cannot cancel your order after 24 hours since its processing would have commenced.
I love this product. I got my hair done by a professional and this spray was used on me before fully installing my hair. I then got my hair done again by someone else that didn’t use this spray and needless to say I needed to purchase this spray so my fave won’t break out. The size of the product is okay, I do wish there was more in the bottle for $20 but it’s sold out everyone and I was recommended this site -so I purchased it.
Company receives 4 stars because of shipping, I purchased this product almost 2 weeks ago and finally received it about two days ago. So shopping take a while.
This wig is amazing I absolutely love it and it looks amazing on me it's flawless I will be definitely purchasing another soon in a deferent color.
